The project is aimed to coordinate and harmonize the approach of skill development/up-skilling the tribal community under various Central Ministries/Departments, State Governments, National Skill Development Corporation and other Government & non-Government organizations schemes.

The proposed project is on the sustainable development focused on agriculture and forestry with integrated skill development. This project is a concept of self-sustained ecology for tribal in social, health and economic aspect.

The implementation of the project will bring more employment opportunities for the tribal communityand provide them with a platform to learn and work on technologies and maintenance. These communities have higher incidence of illiteracy, malnourishment and poverty, and face social and geographic isolation. The region lacks productive land, irrigation facilities, industrialization and skill building opportunities.
